Welcome and thank you for visiting.
So, you’ve found out your pregnant and so far, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster ride… the hormones, the doctors’ appointments and hospital visits, working out you can’t wear your favourite pair of jeans anymore. It can be a bit overwhelming and there’s a lot of information. You want to be present and, in the moment, but you also totally want to meet your new little one.
But… meeting your little one is also totally overwhelming. What do you actually do with a crying baby? And what about sleep? (if you are like me… I love my sleep and Sunday sleep-ins are the BEST!)

A bit about me
I work with Sydney families during their first year after having a baby who want to avoid feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, and who want to find confidence, support, health and love in their transition into parenthood.
I provide tailor-made one-year transformational programs to suit the individual needs of the families I work with. My services include support for physical and emotional recovery from birth while adjusting to your new role (including support for partners, grandparents and siblings), building confidence in your parenting style and skills, in-home cooking, breastfeeding/bottle feeding support, sleeping tips and advice, belly binding, village building and assisting with setting up systems to support your family.
I am a mother of two beautiful little people and live in the inner west of Sydney. I am a member of the Newborn Mothers Collective – a methodology that is the foundation of my practice.
After a rocky start to motherhood, when my daughter was 4 months old I was introduced to Julia Jones and her Newborn Mothers approach to postpartum care. My family’s life changed instantly for the better. My journey, along with my partner, in parenthood has since become one of the most rewarding, enriching and most enjoyable rides (with plenty of challenges along the way!)
When our son announced his impending arrival, we started to plan our perfect postpartum period using what we had previously learnt. However, as much as I looked I wasn’t able to find a doula in Sydney that focused solely on postpartum support. Although my son arrived in one of the most stressful years of my life by following the Newborn Mothers approach, the 10 weeks after his birth, was the most peaceful time of my life.
I now want to share these secrets and provide the support I’ve learnt along my journey with you and your family to ensure you have your perfect postpartum experience.
